    ENGINE
    NEW LONGER FINAL DRIVE RATIO

    The RX 250 2T’s final drive ratio has been changed from the previous 13/50 to the new 14/51 configuration. This targeted lengthening of the final drive results in a much smoother and more effective overall power delivery. The benefits are clearly noticeable both on the fastest sections of the track and when exiting corners, situations where the rider requires optimal traction and constant support for power delivery.

    CHASSIS
    MECHANICALLY ROBUST SILENCER

    The exhaust system, designed for intensive motocross use, has been structurally optimised in its internal components. The adoption of a new, more robust tapered pipe increases resistance to stress and ensures the structural stability of the silencer even under the most demanding conditions. This upgrade allows the exhaust’s performance and behaviour to remain completely uniform and consistent over time.

    CHASSIS
    DUNLOP TYRES AND ADVANCED HANDLING

    The RX 250 2T’s chassis package is enhanced with new-generation Dunlop tyres. Designed to offer maximum efficiency in terms of grip and traction, these tyres are lighter than the previous version. The reduction in unsprung mass directly affects the bike’s dynamic behaviour, enhancing handling and making the bike even more agile and precise when changing direction.

    CHASSIS GEOMETRY

    The chromium-molybdenum frame retains the successful geometry of the previous model, developed to offer an optimal balance between stability at high speeds and manoeuvrability.

    RED AND BLACK AESTHETICS

    The graphic design marks a decisive evolution, introducing an aggressive red and black livery that harmonises visually with the black-finished frame and tank.

    SOFT-COMPOUND GRIPS

    New soft-compound grips engineered to absorb vibrations, ensure a firm grip and reduce fatigue in the hands and forearms.

    REINFORCED CHAIN GUIDE

    High-strength chain guide, designed to withstand impacts in deep ruts and protect the chain from constant stress.

    REDESIGNED PINION GUARD

    New, wider and more robust pinion guard, developed to ensure total protection against debris and full compliance with strict competition regulations.

    KYB SUSPENSION

    48 mm sealed cartridge front fork and 50 mm Kayaba monoshock with dedicated settings to suit the weight and responsiveness of the 2-stroke chassis.

    NISSIN BRAKING SYSTEM

    Nissin floating brake calipers paired with 260 mm Galfer wave disks at the front and 240 mm at the rear, for incisive and modulated braking power.

    ALUMINIUM SUBFRAME AND TOOL-FREE AIRBOX

    A lightweight rear subframe with just the right amount of stiffness, featuring intuitive, tool-free access to the air filter located on the left side.

    LIGHTWEIGHT DRIVETRAIN AND MOUNTS

    O-ring-free racing chain to maximise smoothness; handlebars mounted on silent blocks with 5 mm raised supports to improve comfort.
