ENGINE
NEW PRIMARY GEARS

The 200cc engine has been specifically upgraded to enhance its unmistakable character. The MY 2027 debuts new primary gears, designed by Beta’s engineers to further optimise power delivery for this specific engine capacity.
This innovation allows you to make the most of traction and the vigorous torque at low revs, ensuring excellent acceleration and absolute control on the most challenging and slow-going trails, without sacrificing the classic high-end power of a 2-stroke.

SUSPENSION
X-PRO SUSPENSION WITH MONO-SHOCK ADJUSTMENT

The perfect chassis balance evolves. The front end retains the innovative asymmetrical SHC (Separate Hydraulic Chamber) front fork, which is lightweight (-250g) and features a new MY27 adjustment designed to improve shock absorption in the initial phase of operation.

The big news is at the rear: the monoshock adopts a brand-new external adjustment system for the hydraulic compression damping, which can be conveniently operated by hand, without the need for tools.

BRAKES
NISSIN BRAKE CALIPER AND EXTREME ATTITUDE

Control on descents and during hard braking at the limit is total. The X-PRO 200 MY27 is equipped with a new Nissin front brake caliper derived from cross motocross, which is more compact and lightweight, guaranteeing extremely incisive performance whilst maintaining Beta’s typical modulation.

Reinforcing its innate vocation for technical enduro, the robust front tow belt, customised with the Beta logo, is a must-have for getting out of a tight spot on the toughest steps.

NEW LED HEADLIGHT AND HEADLIGHT MASK

The new headlight assembly, integrated into a redesigned headlight mask, houses a powerful, latest-generation LED headlight. It guarantees a superior light beam and lower power consumption.

TRAILTECH INSTRUMENTATION

Data readout whilst riding is handled by the new Trailtech digital dashboard, which is larger and more robust, combined with a brand-new reed sensor for maximum speed accuracy.

EXHAUST VALVE AND CUP CLUTCH

Power delivery is in your hands: the exhaust valve is externally adjustable, whilst the cup-spring washer clutch allows you to adjust the preload across 3 levels with a simple mechanical adjustment.

ENHANCED FRAME AND COOLING

Thermal and structural stability are guaranteed by the frame with an enlarged main beam (+1 cm) and the practical 200cc expansion tank, integrated to recover coolant under load.

COMFORT AND REDUCED VIBRATIONS

Riding comfort is enhanced by the combined use of tried-and-tested silent blocks on the handlebar supports and new soft-compound grips, ideal for reducing hand fatigue.

DRIVETRAIN GUARD

For maximum reliability over rocky terrain, a new chain guide with a reinforced structure and a wider, impact-resistant pinion guard make their debut.
