    ENGINE
    New dedicated cast piston and an increase of ~1.5 hp

    The heart of the RX 350 2T MY27 lies in its engine, which features a newly designed piston developed entirely from scratch. Cast using equipment designed and employed exclusively for this model, the new piston allows for a substantial reduction in overall weight. The weight saved results in a drastic reduction in internal inertia, translating into a significantly more responsive and lively engine. The efficiency of the new component is also due to the introduction of new piston rings featuring a PVD surface treatment, designed to lower the coefficient of friction and optimise sliding. Taken together, these sophisticated developments result in a net performance increase of around 1.5 hp compared to the previous model with the same configuration, enhancing the component’s overall efficiency, energy output and durability.

    CHASSIS
    Reinforced motocross silencer with structural stability

    The exhaust system has been specifically updated to withstand the severe and prolonged stresses typical of intensive use on motocross circuits. The silencer features a major overhaul of its internal components, highlighted by the adoption of a new, structurally reinforced and more robust tapered pipe. This upgrade ensures excellent structural stability and prevents sagging or changes in power delivery even under conditions of maximum mechanical stress, keeping the exhaust’s performance completely uniform and consistent over time.

    New-generation Dunlop tyres and superior handling

    Ground contact and steering precision take a decisive leap forward thanks to the introduction of advanced, latest-generation Dunlop tyres. These tyres, designed to maximise traction and grip on the track, utilise a technologically advanced structure that results in a lower weight compared to previous models. The reduction in unsprung and rotating masses brings immediate benefits to the vehicle’s overall handling, making the RX 350 2T incredibly agile, lightning-fast when entering corners and impeccable at absorbing road imperfections.

The linear power delivery, free from sudden peaks, allows you to fully exploit the available power without incurring premature physical strain, reducing rider fatigue and enabling you to maintain precise lines and consistent lap times race after race. 

    SPECIALISED FRAME GEOMETRY

    The much-appreciated chromium-molybdenum frame is retained with unchanged geometry, offering a perfect balance between high-speed stability, manoeuvrability and an immediate feel from the very first laps on the track.
    RED AND BLACK LACQUER

    A bold aesthetic evolution that moves away from previous schemes in favour of a contemporary and aggressive red and black look, colour-coordinated with the black-finished frame and tank.
    SOFT-COMROUND GRIP

    New grips made from a soft compound, developed to effectively absorb vibrations transmitted from the handlebars and reduce forearm fatigue during longer races.
    REINFORCED CHAIN GUIDE

    A stiffened and reinforced chain guide structure designed to withstand impacts, mud and sand in the deepest ruts without deformation, ensuring maximum stability and precision in the final drive.
    ENLARGED PINION GUARD

    A new pinion guard redesigned to offer greater coverage and superior impact resistance, ensuring maximum safety on the track and full compliance with competition regulations.
    KAYABA SUSPENSION

    48 mm sealed cartridge front fork and 50 mm KYB monoshock, featuring dedicated settings developed specifically to ensure progressive response, support on big jumps and directional precision.
    NISSIN AND GALFER BRAKING SYSTEM

    Powerful and modulated braking guaranteed by Nissin floating calipers paired with Galfer wave discs (260 mm at the front and 240 mm at the rear).
    ALUMINIUM SUBFRAME AND TOOL-FREE AIRBOX

    The rigid yet lightweight rear subframe structure allows quick access to the air filter from the left side via an intuitive system that requires no tools
    RACING CHAIN AND SILENT BLOCKS

    Lightweight, smooth-running chain without O-rings to eliminate friction. Handlebar mounted on silent block mounts raised by 5 mm to dampen vibrations and optimise riding posture.
